If you install the latest WSM and latest XTM25 Fireware (12.1.3) on your PC, and run through the Quick Setup Wizard, when it asks for the feature key just skip that step. It will upgrade the firmware as part of the wizard because it doesn't know that it is expired. After the upgrade you can reapply the expired feature key.
