Jun 23, 2015 · Comment by Treekachu For unlocking the three transmog colours: Create one of the three base leatherworking cloaks for the item level 640 teal appearance. Using a Burnished Essence to bring the cloak's item level to 655 will give you the blue appearance.

Using a Hexweave Essence to bring the cloak's item level to 655 will give you the blue appearance. Using a second Hexweave Essence on the cloak will give you the black item level 670 appearance. Further evolving the cloak after this does not unlock
