Im new here to the forum because i have an odd issue and i can't find anything on the net so i thought i ask here. I am on Windows 10 - 64 version 1607 build 14393.1358 The problem is that i don't have the options for processor power management anymore in power options. I don't know if this is necessary but its kinda odd.

In my VC, the 64-bit version on 64-bit system is in path "C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft Visual Studio 9.0\VC\bin\x86_amd64\ml64.exe" The Intel C compiler allows using 64-bit inline assembler. My VC C-compiler does not. So, I recommend using Intel compiler. ML64.EXE works with both. Have fun!
